Wrought iron and steel scrap, black and galvanized, maximum size of 4 feet in any direction. Free of any non-ferrous materials. May include automobile scrap, properly prepared; however, must be free of sheet iron or thin gauged material. Minimum of a quarter of an inch thickness.
